Mark is married to his wife Martha, and together they have 3 sons.
Mark Crites

Michael Crites is a partner at Crites Insurance Group. He earned his B.A. in Finance from Dallas Baptist University and brings a fresh perspective and passion for the future of the firm. Michael began on the career side of the insurance industry, with three years of general agency experience in different roles. After of which, he joined Crites Insurance Group in 2018.

A proud area resident and professional, Michael is married to his wife Jessica, and frequently gives back to the organizations he is a part of.

Michael Crites

Being responsible for case design and underwriting, Nancy brings over 35 years of industry experience to Crites Insurance. She started in the life insurance business in 1987 with John Hancock as a customer service rep, case underwriter as well as a recruiter for agents.
In 1998 Nancy joined a small family agency, Prescott Benefit Services, now part of the Marsh McClennan Agency, where she was an executive assistant and case manager. She obtained her group 1 license in 1995.
Nancy joined Crites in 2019 and obtained Certified Long Term Care credentials in March of 2020. Her unmatched skills in case design and underwriting as well as long term care insurance are well known among her industry peers.
She has been married for 31 years and has two grown sons. In her free time Nancy can be found outdoors while spending time with her family.
